I just had a first call (30 min) with the recruiter and an second interview with the supervisor, team leader and other employes from the team. I had the feedback the day after it was quick and efficient.

Me hicieron una entrevista de menos de 10mns. El equipo de recruitement de Costa Rica es TERRIBLE. Tengo más de 2 años de aplicar a VMware todas las semanas y muchas malas experiencias que no me alcanza el espacio para contarlas todas.
I felt very welcome at the interview. The managers were supportive and friendly. You could read on their faces that they are genuine about the interview and want to help you. There was even a question I struggled a bit with, and the managers directed me and helped me. A very pleasant experience.
