Manager and technician were present at the interview. First, some questions from Manager about position expectative and then tech questions from their technician. For some reason, the recruiter of the company and the hiring manager mixed up the positions and then I was offered a completely different role in a different department. The recruiter was unable to provide a convincing explanation. They contacted me again two weeks later to offer me the initial position. I declined the offer.
