It was very short, one phone call and then two meetings with team members. I was asked the same questions each time, which was odd. Nothing about my experience in a team, customer service, why I wanted the role or should be chosen etc. just focused on why the company and what I understood the role to be. Felt too short, really. Everyone was nice and it was very speedy!

The process for the first interview is fairly easy, you just have to be ready to answer questions that are situational and test problem solving. I've only gotten through that first one, so I hope the second goes well!
