Entrevista
I had 7 interviews over the course of ~3 weeks that included 2 interviews with the hiring manager, the hiring manager's boss, and a few on the team. The recruiter who arranged the interviews didn't share titles of the people I was meeting with which was a little disappointing so I had to do some research to find out who they were. The interview times also moved around (5 interviews in one week changed - a couple moved several times) so I had to move around my work schedule every time - I understand things come up, but a few of them changed multiple times. Perhaps small nits to mention but it definitely gave an impression of a chaotic team dynamic. Most interviews were around 45min. I also had to submit a variety of samples of my work including sales enablement which is really proprietary information and legally I don't believe I'm allowed to share that. After my 7th interview I didn't hear anything back for over 3-4 weeks which was actually ok because I did not click with the hiring manager and had decided I would turn down an offer if I got one.

All the questions they asked were really typical product marketing questions about working with product management, customer success, and how I handle sales enablement. They did ask some very product specific questions, and about their competitors and features.
The only one that seemed just totally ridiculous was one asked by the recruiter, something like 'How do you feel about integrity' or 'Tell me about how integrity is important to you'. I would guess that nearly everyone isn't completely honest in interviews so setting me up to possibly lie while asking about being honest was ironic. If a company really cares about integrity, I suspect there would have been more of a conversation about culture.
