I was contacted first by e-mail, where I quickly have scheduled a phone interview. On the interview, the recruiter shared with me the knowledge he had about the opening position, I what was expected of me. Since I was pre-selected, there was introduced to me a new HR person responsible for scheduling the interviews with the guys on the nearest site. Since I'm from Brazil and the recruiters are from US, I got pretty impressed with the efficiency the interview was set up. On a couple of hours I had an answer scheduling my interviews for the beginning of the next week. I was interviewed by my manager, a Solutions architect and, in the next day, by a engagement manager. I had a partial feedback in less than a week. Then I was informed that there would be an interview with the HR director of my country and the director of my own BU. After those interviews a received a positive feedback, and the hiring process started.
