Met with right number of people and had a good experience. asked good questions. didn't need to meet with an excessive number of people. the hiring manager did a good job of representing the organization (both good and challenges) and expectations of role.

I applied and they reached out to me within the week. Without any touch points, they gave me a questionnaire (about 15 questions) that included questions about current salary. After I passed that round, I was scheduled to interview with the manager immediately and haven't heard back since. I even reached out to the recruiter but nothing. Seems a bit odd since it'd just be nice to have a follow up email about the status of the job.
