VMware Talent acquisition reached out to me. First contacts and zoom interview very positive. The TA person did a good job at presenting the position and the company. She then insisted on getting me to send a formal resume but when after I provided it, she just ghosted me. After a few zooms and calls, the courtesy of an - even a minimal - response would have avoided the negative feeling and image this gives of VMWare.

Entrevista
It was a very smooth and professional interview. I had the first interview with Antal, who was professional and friendly, he explained all the details about the job and also explained how the process would look like. I wasn't the best fit for the job, and I realized it during the interview, but the experience was still pleasant.
