Disjointed but effective. Seemed to move very slowly. Interviews all seemed to go back to the beginning it appeared the interviewers did not compare notes. Once offered made was smooth from there. Questions were both relationship and technology based and an emphasis on new business acquisition. Company was interested in how you would deal with quarter targets while building long term relationships.

A first-round interview with no response from the recruiter after two weeks when a response was promised after two days. I sent many follow up emails. This is my second time interviewing with the company where I have had this experience.

Entrevista
Professional and positive process with great communication throughout. Continuous feedback and timelines and was kept in the loop by both the recruiter and the hiring manager. Was already familiar with VMware’s culture, but the announcement of the Broadcom acquisition did leave some unanswered questions.

Entrevista
The interview process was entirely through an HR manager and I didn’t interview with anyone who would be within my management. The interview was pretty basic over the phone and not that personal. They asked many questions about me but did not tell me much about them or their day to day operations without asking.
