How do I even start lol? It’s been the worst interview experience of my career. Started with innitial interview with HR, then a cognitive assessment, then interview with CMO, then interview with chief of staff who appears to be absolutely clueless about what the role was about lol. HR told me at first interview that there would be 1-2 rounds of interview. Lo and behold, COS said I need to complete a task (unpaid). Then a week went by and I got a manufactured email that I made it to top 3 applicants and need to complete a task ASAP. Well I guess I had to play along to see where this was going. Completed the task. Three weeks went by, no feedback, no response, nothing. What was supposed to be a three days feedback (according to CMO) turned into a three week waiting period. I even had to reach out again and lo and behold, got the normal rejection email, no context, no details, just the vague rejection.
