The interview was with one HR lady and a technical person who did not even asked me one proper technical question. Given that I have 5 years of experience in this role I assumed they do not see the need to do so. Later they told me they will send me an exam if they decide to move forward. Interestingly a a trainee from my colleague also applied to this role. He passed to the exam, and I received the call that I did not qualify for the exam because of lack of experience. To my view the only reason was gender discrimination. If you are identified by the technical interviewer as a women it is almost impossible to get an offer.
