Phone screen, phone interview with hiring manager, on-site interview. Although the interview went extremely well in my opinion, I got zero responses from the hiring manager and recruiter. I followed up several times over a few weeks. This is absolutely inexcusable after I travelled 2+ hours to go on-site and took the day off work. I would have considered working at this company due to family - life / work balance. However, the recruiting process needs to optimized.
