Recruiter reached out to schedule an interview with the hiring manager. I met all the requirements listed on the job description and felt I had a good interview. The hiring manager was very professional and down to earth during the interview. Unfortunately, I never heard back, even after sending four follow-up emails to the recruiter during the course of a month following the interview. In my opinion, I can't help but wonder how they must treat their employees if they ignore someone who invests unpaid time into preparing and interviewing for their job posting.
