Interview process was very intelligent and thorough, a few interviews with english speakers, a few interviews with russian speakers, all types of questions from my previous experience and case solving to technical questions (knowledge of SQL).

Very pleasant experience, interview was held in 3 steps, the first one with analyst, second with associates, and the last one with directors. General financial questions + common knowledge (radius of earth)
