I had 2 interviews which both took place online. In the first interview (online call), the Hiring Manager and an HR rep was there. In the second interview. there were 3 personnel from the company.

How do you deal with departments who are sensitive to money matters?
Obwohl mein Profil 1:1 auf die Stellenausschreibung passt, kam binnen einer Woche die Absage - leider per No-Reply-Mail. Zwar wird in der Stellenausschreibung eine Ansprechpartnerin genannt, jedoch gibt es weder eine Mail-Adresse noch eine Telefonnummer. Fragen bezüglich eines Feedbacks sind offenbar unerwünscht. Man schirmt sich anscheinend lieber so gut wie möglich vom Bewerber ab.
