Entrevista
Interview and hiring process were pretty quick. The interview was three part; VP of Operations, Department Head, CEO. I also was able to talk to some current employees but they were very vague about the work experience. The whole process took about a half a day. The only real interview questions were asked by the VP of Operations. The other participants mostly talked about the job responsibilities and work load, no real questions asked about experience.

The CEO asked me if I had "outside" responsibilities that would keep me from doing my job. Also asked if I would be comfortable working in the office since they do not allow telecommuting.
