It was quite easy and simple. The questions were not super complicated and they were more “get to know you” questions. Asked learning style, how familiar I was with technology, with customer service etc. It’s been a week, still waiting to hear back.

I had a phone interview followed by an in person interview. The whole process was smooth, efficient and thorough. Parking was convenient, staff was helpful and interviewer was friendly and knowledgeable.

The interview process is very time consuming (about 2 hours) but not difficult. There will be a 1 on 1 interview then you will have to do an assessment of general and math related questions. There is also a second 1 on 1 much shorter interview.

Relaxed. Interviewed by a member of management. Chatted about the pandemic effect on the company. Learned many employees have requested to return to work at VTG. (Always a good sign!).
