I applied with no experience and got declined, then I applied for the college internship program and got accepted to the same position.
Phone interview with HR rep, very nice asking my experience with skiing where, how long, experience with kids, experience with leadership.

Will you be able to work in harsh conditions, changing drastically at a moments notice? Describe your experiences working with kids?
I got a call from the hiring manager, she asked if I can ski blue runs comfortably. I told her I could, and then I was hired. It was very simple and straightforward, although it is somewhat difficult to get housing if you’re not full time.

Two phone screens. Super friendly on the calls. They wanted to learn about my history skiing and why I was interested in becoming an instructor. After the offer was given to me they were great about answering questions I had about the position.
