There were 2 men that made the setting very comfortable. They took turns asking me 4 questions each. A few of the questions were a.) How many years have you taught Spanish 1? b.) If I had a behavior problem, how would I remedy the situation? c.) Were there any concerns or questions that needed to be addressed about the demographics of the school?

The interview process was pretty straight forward. The communication was good throught the process. I had to take a qualifying test. Didn't make it to the actual interview because of internal hire.
