The interview was very laid back, a general summary of my goals and what I want out of the job was the main portion. I was given an overview of the workplace and was asked if I had any questions about the position. Pay scale, benefits, schedule were all discussed.

There were 4 interviews with 2 people each. I feel I was thoroughly vetted. I was asked several times about my decision making, prioritization and problem solving processes. Only one person I interviewed with got into technical detail.
