Phone Interview for screening. Afterwards, I was given an additional phone interview over the phone with two of my potential managers. The phone interview was primarily behavioral as I was an intern and was geared mainly towards finding out how I would integrate with the company. We had a good talk and I believe he recommended me, and later on I applied online through their website. Then I had a phone interview with a supervisor, and a month after, I received an offer.
