There was no face to face interview. I responded to a post on craigslist via email. They replied via email and sent me a link to an online application. The initial interview took place via email. I had to send copies of my drivers license and current insurance. The follow up was then done on the phone with someone local.

Interview process was quick and easy. Interview was professional and they did a great job explaining the position in detail. Upfront and honest about the position responsibilities. No complaints whatsoever
It was more like an orientation than an interview. It was non formal and there was no pressure. Management was very personable and approachable. Management communicated very clearly what would be expected of me as an employee.

Entrevista
Phone call quick and easy questions. Followed by them directing you to a web page to fill out general information. Since it is around apparent complexes they are not too keen on people with criminal past.
