I enjoyed my interview process with Valley. It was very easy going, typical and we had 1 round of interview only. I liked how the individual that I interviewed with made me feel super comfortable and treat it more like it was just a conversation! I feel like I was able to express myself a little more and answer specific questions better as they have set the mood to be like that already.
