Talent acquisition reached out via LinkedIN with the available role. Some initial delays experienced in setting up interviews. 30 Min screening completed with HR, followed by 30 Min interview with Hiring Manager. Another 60 min interview with 3 team members / colleagues. A 30 minute interview with the VP, and then a 60minute interview with 4 other leaders and stakeholders.
When I showed up to the interview, there was construction in their office. They said they sent me an email letting me know that they had to reschedule the interview because of the construction. I never received that email. After the interview they told me that I would let me know by a certain day. I called the day after and they told me that the hiring manager who makes the decisions was on vacation the previous week and the current week. They did everything they could to appear as unprofessional as possible.

The interview process consists of 3 rounds; 1st round is HR screening. Second is technical + behavioral with 2 interviewers. 3rd is Panel technical + behavioral interview. Very professional and straightforward process.
