The interview process is quite unique; conversational, technical screening to evaluate aptitude of research/sourcing, and also utilizing the telephone to showcase communication skills. Interview #1 was a sit down conversation with Management, Peer in similar role, CEO to discuss goals/expectations/growth within the organization, etc.. Interview #2 was a Practical interview where I was able to show my technical sourcing skills, telephone skills, and overview knowledge of process/forward thinking.
