L'iter di selezione prevedeva 3/4 step. Dopo una breve chiacchierata sul CV, si procedeva con un brain teaser e un business case classico da consulenza (stessa struttura per tutti i colloqui). I business case potevano essere di marketing sizing, market analysis, profitability, product launch, market entry, pricing strategy. I ragazzi che mi hanno intervistato mi hanno messo a mio agio e guidato nei casi in cui ho avuto bisogno di aiuto.

Interview with 3 people, head of IR, VP of IR and risk team. General chat on background, work experience etc. very nice people and seem like a good culture. Would recommend interviewing.
