aptitude tests & a series of personal interviews followed by interviews from on shore. it will take sometime to get through the process. Prepare well about the past experiences. they might give you some case studies.

Three rounds of interview viz. interview on statistics, business and managerial round. questions were quite intricate and requires deep knowledge of statistics, machine learning and anlytics. Question were also asked on the experience of projects accomplished.
