The Interview went on good, as mentioned below, Got shortlisted from naukri profile, 1) Telephonic round was the first round (Got shortlisted). 2) F2F with managers at office (Got shortlisted)(About myself and work exp and questions on frameworks and Core java). 3) Client round 1st level: About my self and my challenges.... (more of soft skills and attitude). 4) Client round 2nd and final level: About my technical background and my Experiences from my college days until now.. Was very good. I am waiting for the feedback as it happened 3 days back.

My experience with the interview process was disappointing. Despite getting through the initial L1 round, the following stages were a mess. After L1, I was told there'd be more rounds (L2 and L3). But instead of moving smoothly, there were constant delays and mix-ups. The HR recruiter took a whole week to validate my PF details, and then there was a sudden need for a communication skills check. Getting this scheduled was a hassle, and it felt like my time wasn't valued. Finally, when the check did happen, it was obvious my qualifications didn't match the role. It made me wonder why I got through L1 in the first place. The communication with the HR was frustrating too. It felt like she wasn't listening to my concerns and was too focused on my past experiences. Overall, the messy interview process shows the HR department at this company needs serious improvement. It wasted my time and showed a lack of professionalism. Job seekers should know about these issues before applying.
