I have attended Selenium Test engineer interview at valuelabs Hyd. It was drive for some Next gen band, which in their way means more talented people. They told if you get selected, then payscale and promotions would be different from traditional model. There was written round first. 1. Had aptitude, English and basic selenium questions. I didn't get why is apti required for experienced hires. 2. Then there was Technical 1 round. 3. Then technical 2 round 4. Then they made me wait for 3 hours saying that HR is not available but their intention was to create such scene as if HR is really not available. 5. Then they called us after 2 days n told that there would be another unplanned round with their Senior VP. Called myself and 4 other members to attend the round on a working day during working hours. Senior VP took group interview after which we were informed that results would be announced the following day, But I have never received any call. Until now, for each round they called me, mailed me, messaged me but now they don't even feel like informing the candidate who has invested such a huge amount of time and energy. Never attend the interview at valuelabs. Out of 450+ candidates who attended the interview, they shortlisted 7, Kept unplanned extra rounds and informed no one about the result. Never ever attend valuelabs interview.
