4 long interviews and a presentation for the 4th interview. Then they give you no reason why they didn't go with you. And one of the people seemed to have a superiority complex.

Joined as a contractor. Two level interview. First round with hiring manager. Second round with other team members. The process didn’t take too long. Called for the first round within a week. Second round right next day.

Standard HR Screen followed up by meeting with the hiring manager.
Reviewed work history. Asked the Hiring Manager to share the core values. The individual was able to name exactly one of four core values, 'clearly cares', and then immediately began talking about two recent layoffs at the company.
Got the sense the business was polling candidates to canvas for product improvements, but I don't give ideas on how to operate a business that I am not employed with.
