It was an in person interview with the manager and, educator and a clinician. The interview process took 1 hour. The questions were average to difficult mainly focusing on prioritization and time management.

One day interview with educator and manager. Very straight forward. There was many scenario questions and questions about how you would handle some emergency situations. Depending on which unit you applied for, scenario questions might be bit different. Know what vch mission and values are.
