Had an initial interview with two colleagues of a meet and greet, going through my professional and educational experience. Fairly standard questions, this would be interview 1 of 2. It was with two people who didn't work in the profession, and weren't in HR either. No second interview and when I followed up eventually, they said they forgot to email me about an alternative role. Seems like quite a mismanaged team.
