Very relaxed interview where I met with the owner. I explained my job history and went over my portfolio - offered me a job at the end of the interview.

The interview with the creative director was fine, and we struck up a good rapport. She asked me to complete not one, but two projects, to get me through to the 'next round' whereby I could meet the owners of the company. After spending time and effort to complete these projects to a good standard, after an initial acknowledgment of receipt, I never received a response regarding my status. I followed up weeks later for the second time, and she said they were still considering my submission. Never again did I hear from them, and the position is still advertised months down the line. This leaves we to draw the conclusion that either they have zero respect for anyone who walks through their front door, or that they are fielding free concept work from designers for their own gain, and really they have no intention of hiring anyone.
