It was a very hard day. I had in my schedule 11-12 people to meet. I was completely tired by the moment I had a presentation (3:00 PM, the interview started at 8:30 AM). As my presentation and the group meeting were scheduled in the middle of the day, so every single person I met during the morning/afternoon asked me the same list of questions. It was so annoying. It would be better, if group meeting and presentation were in schedule before this series of individual meetings.

It was a pleasant and long process. Met two faculty and the fellows to discuss in detail the nature of research work, how they handle work life balance and travel grants

I emailed the hiring manager through a mutual contact. We then had several informal in-person interviews to discuss my background, goals, and the responsibilities of the position. I also met with the senior manager for similar interviews. The offer came within a couple weeks.
