I had a phone interview that lasted about 45 minutes and received a call later that day asking me back for an in office interview. The office interview lasted several hours. The first hour was dedicated to an overview of the company followed by an overview of FFS. The group was then taken to separate interviews. I had a total of 3 interviews that were 2 on 1 and lasted 1 hour each. They followed the STAR question format during the interviews. After the interviews there was a lunch where we were able to network with individuals who were recently hired in the department.
