Very general phone interview followed by two face to face interviews. The face to face interviews were both tha same day. Questions seemed very general, nothing out of the ordinary.

Behavorial based interview questions about how you would deal with client on the phone. Meet with someone one on one. Pretty staight forward process. Later as I applied to get jobs in the company and the process was much more difficult. The process seemed to pick very little details to describe how you were not suited for a role. Like for example your talk time is too high. They would tell you this after you had the interview.
