Easy interview for bright people, they help through out the process, I’m just not vanguard material.
A recruiter will call you first to get a feeler for you and then you will be put through a face to face interview. Vanguard helps you through out the way, and you have to be a complete failure if you are unable to secure a job.
That’s where I’m at so it’s time to weigh options up to and including suicide. Congrats to the people that are better than me

Tell me about a difficult coworker and how did you handle the situation
In person interview involved a series of questions. It is best to be prepared at the interview like carry a notebook. It would be best to practice the interview and be prepared and friendly.

Overall it was a standard interview. First you have to do a phone call interview and if they like your answers you go to the company in person. Once you are there they give you quick tour, give you a case study, and lastly a behavioral interview.

Received an email within twenty four hours about a phone interview. I was able to choose from my top three choices of preferred times because their main office uses east coast time.
