Attended Vanguard informational workshop through MLT and applied for the C2C program through them. I was contacted by a representative and asked to set up a 30 minute phone interview. They asked very basic behavioral questions which was essentially the theme throughout the interview process. I was told I passed the phone screen and invited to attend a super day up in Malvern, PA. About 6 of us flew in the night before and were accomodated in a hotel. The superday began around 7am with presentations from Analyst and we were broken up to interview for an hour consisting of two 30 minute interviews in their cafeteria. These were all behavioral as well and almost everyone started with "Tell me about a time when...". We were then brought upstairs to have a group interview in which a question about the markets was supposed and everyone gave their input with a recruiter evaluating your decision and thought process.
