Entrevista
I attended a school career fair and left my resume. The next week they called and wanted to setup a phone interview at the end of the week. The phone interview included general background information, behavioral questions (STAR format), and a check for understanding of financial terms. If you pass the phone interview they will tell you right then. I then was asked to fill out the online application and setup travel arrangements with Vanguard for the onsite interview.
The onsite interview was a 4 hour process. The first hour was a meeting that introduced the company. Then next two hours consisted of a behavioral based interview and a case study. Be sure to practice the STAR (Situation, Task, Action, Result) format to answering those questions. Google those types of questions and practice them. This really helped me in the interview. Then in the case study be sure to understand all the details and try to think outside the box. There was also a role play pretending to speak with a client to resolve an issue.
All in all it was a great experience and I felt like I was treated with respect and kindness.

Entrevista
The interview was a two step process, the phone screen was about 15 mins and they were mainly looking for clarity of your voice and if you are articulate. The virtual 1-on-1 interview was fairly easy, about 6 STAR-based questions regarding customer service, communication skills, and learning agility.
