Entrevista
Got in contact at a career fair at my university. Received a call and set up a phone interview about a week later. Most of that phone call was just informational on either end, followed by 3 behavioral questions where they really wanted you to be specific. Received an invitation at the end of the interview to come up to the campus for a second interview. That was an all-morning obligation consisting of presentations and a tour, and two one-on-one interviews. One was purely a behavioral interview, and again they're really looking for specifics. STAR format, as everyone says. The second was a case study, where you read over a situation with a client and then you assess the situation and prioritize your actions and strengths. Then you role play a phone call with the client. No real technical questions in either interview. Received an offer less than a week later.

Entrevista
The interview was a two step process, the phone screen was about 15 mins and they were mainly looking for clarity of your voice and if you are articulate. The virtual 1-on-1 interview was fairly easy, about 6 STAR-based questions regarding customer service, communication skills, and learning agility.
