First interview was a 40 minute phone interview. Very basic behavioral questions (why I picked my college, why finance, why Vanguard, run me through your resume). Was offered a final round interview on the phone at the end of the interview. Final round on-site interview consisted of a question and answer session for an hour, two hour-long interviews, and a presentation of benefits. Hour-long interviews were behavioral/case study. Not very difficult.

Interview was good, Interviewer provided alot of information containing to the job description and the benefits. They provided STAR example questions to get a better understanding of who I was and what I can possibly offer to the environment
