The people are great at work life balance is something that is really valued here. People are great mentors and are patient with teaching younger professionals. I would recommend this place for someone who is starting their career.

They started with a preliminary interview with HR before having my interview with team specific hiring managers. The preliminary interview consisted of walking through my resume and prior experience. The team specific interviews were more knowledge based, but overall not very difficult. If you already have a background with transferrable skills, you should be able to speak to them easily for 30 minutes. It was a very conversational interview experience
