I was contacted by the executive recruiter, who went over my resume and asked me about Galbraith's organizational design model. This was followed by another phone interview with the hiring manager and was more detailed on methods and techniques. Treated as if the job was mine. Both interviews lasted 40 minutes. Invited for face to face on site at 3 days notice. Met 6 people including HR partners and HR directors . Organization was very HR centric.
