Process of applying and 2 phone interviews took less than a month. I first had short "get to know you" phone call where I was able to discuss opportunities and questions about Vanguard. It felt more like a casual conversation about goals and experience than an interview and I felt very welcomed. During my 2nd phone call interview I felt similarly and had all my questions answered about Vanguard. Be prepared to discuss your education, experience and people skills.
