Entrevista
Overall took just over a month - applied online then was offered a phone interview 2 weeks later. During the interview I was asked about my employment background, reasons for applying to Vanguard and basic market knowledge - what is the difference between a mutual fund and an index fund? Interviewer also asked if there was anything relevant in the news which may affect the financial markets.
I was scheduled to interview in person 4 days later at the Scottsdale campus - interview process took 3-4 hours. Begins with a one hour presentation about the company where any questions may be asked. After the presentation the interview is split into 2 separate interviews. 1 hour is spent with a team member discussing your CV and being asked behavioural questions. The next hour is spent with a separate team member where you must deal with two scenarios - one is paper based and the next is a role play - both fairly straightforward - important to remain customer focused. Then an assessment is conducted - this assessment is not seen by the interviewers is only used upon employment to create a learning plan for passing the series exams.
Overall the process was fairly straightforward - as long as you are genuinely interested, knowledgeable and keep up to date with market news you should be fine.

Interview was good, Interviewer provided alot of information containing to the job description and the benefits. They provided STAR example questions to get a better understanding of who I was and what I can possibly offer to the environment

Entrevista
The interview was a two step process, the phone screen was about 15 mins and they were mainly looking for clarity of your voice and if you are articulate. The virtual 1-on-1 interview was fairly easy, about 6 STAR-based questions regarding customer service, communication skills, and learning agility.
