Applied online, phone call withing the day and interviewed later that week. Walked in met with plant manager conducted a walk through the facility then sat down with manager and COO, chatted for a half hour or so then got an offer over the phone and via email a day or 2 later.

The interview was very comfortable. People very nice and willing to share about their company. Asked me a ton of questions about my background, both good and any issues I may have had with other companies.
