Vans is very thorough in their interview process. First you are invited to an in-store interview with the Store Manager, and the second interview is with both the Store Manager and the District Manager. The key to interviewing is making sure you have very specific and thorough answers/examples. Speak to how you trained/developed a team, how you improved processes, and your interpersonal relationships with individual team members. Company culture is also VERY important.

Talking like a normal interview. Face to face talking about experience in Sales and leadership. Scheduling, Reports, Hourly tracking. You are working towards hourly, quarterly, goals compared to other stores in your district.

Very easy, couple of interviews w sm’s and dms, in person interview, felt like they were trying to find the right fit for me as well as themselves. Overall very chill interview and atmosphere.

Name a time you faced harship and how did u overcome
Submitted an application, then received a link to hirevue to answer six questions and the site records the answers. I didn't hear from anyone until about a month later then was interviewed by a manager.
