The interview process was great, very easy, and straightforward. They mainly ask your background experience and if you’ve ever worked as a warehouse associate before or even worked in a warehouse setting. They also ask your availability since there is two shifts, morning shift and evening shift.

What’s your availability and schedule like?
Basic, typically hire through agencies and have a group interview setting that everyone moves through as long as background and screening clears. If you want to move up after being hired on, interviews become more formal and traditional that you will sit with a panel.
