Very good, online, and informal. Short answer questions about your journey, work experience, and your why. Overall 9/10 interview with minimal stress. I recommend reviewing what motivates you before applying.
Group interview with atleast 10 others. Maybe about 30 minutes. Best to tell stories of customer experience for answers to better highlight self. It was about 10 questions long with two store managers.

This interview consisted of a phone call and in person interview which was 30 minutes with the store manager in the location. This was an easy interview which was a basic retail interview
