Received a phone call around two weeks after applying. Went in for a small group interview with one other person and spoke about what drives us as individuals. The Interview was more focused around who we were as individuals.
This was then followed up by asking what our previous experiences were in retails.
Group interview with atleast 10 others. Maybe about 30 minutes. Best to tell stories of customer experience for answers to better highlight self. It was about 10 questions long with two store managers.

me llamaron al día siguiente de tirar el CV e hice la entrevista donde al mismo día me llamaron. la entrevista fue alrededor de 20 minutos donde explican lo que desean de ti y tu explicas lo que sientes y te describen el puesto además de conocerte como persona
This interview consisted of a phone call and in person interview which was 30 minutes with the store manager in the location. This was an easy interview which was a basic retail interview
