Unfortunately, my interview experience with this company was very disappointing and unprofessional. After passing the initial interview with the hiring manager, the Talent Acquisition team organised the next stage, which consisted of four interviews with different teams. During this stage, two of the interviewers did not show up at the scheduled times, without any notice or explanation. I reached out to the TA team for support and clarification, but they failed to respond in a timely manner. This lack of communication and coordination was frustrating and showed a clear disregard for a candidate’s time. In the end, I received only a generic rejection email, with no feedback or explanation, despite the time and effort invested in multiple interview rounds. Overall, I felt disrespected throughout the process. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this company to others.
